HobbyPlus Aluminum High Clearance Link (Black) For Arktos 6x6

This is an absolute must for this truck(Arlots). The plastic links flex too much allowing the drive shafts to drop out. They do add weight down low as well but this is a heavy truck so the metal links help a lot

Good upgrade for the CR-18 Arktos 6X6, easy to install.

The links are nice .
However Ive bought 2 sets
1 for cr18 pro juiced up
1 for the Arktos.
Both have Gen 2 axles and the link end bushings are to wide.
Luckily I had extra redcat ascent 18 bushings which fit.

Got my package safe and secure right on time. Can’t wait to install these on my 6x6 Arktos!

This is a necessary upgrade to remove the garbage plastic links on the truck out of the box. However .. the fitment is not great. Half the links have lateral play within the mounts, the other half did not fit and had to be forced into position. Instructions were provided but hard to make sense of. Feels like they rushed production of this part in order to make it available instead of focusing on making a quality part.

Although the stock plastic is very flexible its not gonna last. These aluminum links are HC and designed clean

Hobby Plus was on point to quickly make these aluminum links. And they add even more ability to the Arktos 6x6 because they’re high clearance.
